In the third stage, it is proposed to cover the Sreekovil of Keezhthali Sree Mahadevan with coper plates (Chembola) and to cover the Chuttambalam (outer Temple) with clay tiles. It is also proposed to complete the remaining work of plastering, converting the vacant halls underneath the Chuttambalam into class rooms etc. for conducting Vedic Classes and Temple Art classes. The other important work is to construct a hall-cum- Annadhana Mandapam in the place of the present annadhana hall and staff quarters. All the above works are estimated to incur huge expenditure upto Rs.4 - 5 crores. The idea is to convert Keezhthali Sree Mahadeva Temple into a sacred place for learning in the spheres of Vedas, temple arts etc. The Trust has also plans to undertake various charitable activities including protecting aged persons, giving away scholarships to poor students, distributing study materials, conducting free tuition classes, imparting training for prospective job seekers to prepare for PSC, Staff Selection Commission examinations etc. All well wishers and those who wish to cooperate in the above works and activities may contact the Temple for details.

The amount of offering / pooja can be paid by the devotees directly to the account of the Keezhthali Sree Mahadeva Kshethra Devaswom Trust with State Bank of India, Varavoor Branch.
